Application Requirements

The Duke Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Research Fellowship is one year in length, from August 1 through July 31, under the direction of Dean C. Taylor, M.D.
 
We are now accepting applications for August 1, 2009 through July 31, 2010. 
 
The following application materials are required.

    • Brief Personal Statement
    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (one of which should be from the Chairman or Program Training Director of your Training Program)
    • Deadline for receipt of application materials is November 1, 2007.
