Stipend
Fellows are paid at the PGY 4 level. Information on current benefits may be obtained

Time-Off
Current allocation of time-off is managed through the Department of Community and Family Medicine. The current paid time-off allowed per year is as follows:
Vacation - 15 days with 3 days during December/January
Sick Leave - 12 days
Maternity - 6 weeks
Paternity - 1 week
Job Search - 5 days
Health Insurance
Various health and dental plans are available through the Duke University Health System. Health benefits are paid for the trainee, but spouses and dependents are an extra premium. Current benefits may be obtained
here.
Lab Coats and Prescription Pads
Lab coats and prescription pads are provided through the housestaff office at no charge.
Parking
Parking permits are also provided by the housestaff office.
