The John A. Feagin Jr., MD, International Leadership Endowment has been created to honor John A. Feagin Jr., MD, Orthopaedic Surgeon Professor Emeritus. Dr. Feagin’s dedication to developing ethical leaders of character is the inspiration for this effort. This endowment will benefit leadership training at Duke University, with a focus on international collaborations.

 

Duke Sports Medicine is leading this initiative in partnership with the Duke University Athletic Association, the Fuqua School of Business, and Duke Corporate Education, as well as other leadership-oriented organizations throughout the world. Funds from the endowment will be used to provide a foundation in leadership training to the Duke University community and outside organizations with a special emphasis on opportunities for sports medicine fellows, orthopaedic residents, medical students, and undergraduate students.
